Personal Data Processing Conditions for the Blog www.lamos.hu Martina Lamos

If you are my customer, newsletter subscriber, or a website visitor, you entrust me with your personal data. I am responsible for protecting and securing it. Please familiarize yourself with this privacy policy, principles, and your rights related to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation effective from May 25, 2018).

Who is the Data Controller?

The data controller is the sole proprietor Ing. Martina Lamoš, residing at Besné 266, 01802 Dolná Mariková, IČO: 41833635, registered with the District Office in Považská Bystrica under the Trade Licensing Department, business registration number 330-13613649 (hereinafter referred to as "operator"). I process personal data in accordance with Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and Amendments to Certain Acts as amended by Act No. 84/2014 Coll. and in accordance with current legislation (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"). I operate the website www.lamos.hu and process your personal data as a controller, determining how, why, and for how long your data will be processed. Additionally, I may select other processors to help manage your data.

Declaration

I declare that, as the controller of your personal data, I fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable laws, particularly the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR, including the following:

• I will process your personal data only on a valid legal basis, particularly legitimate interest, fulfillment of a contract, legal obligation, or consent.

• I will fulfill my information obligation under Article 13 of GDPR before beginning data processing.

• I will enable and support you in exercising your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

Scope of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing

I process the personal data you provide for the following purposes:

1. Providing Services and Fulfilling Contracts
   Your personal data, such as email, is necessary to fulfill contracts (e.g., sending access to applications, online courses, e-books, and product information).

2. Accounting
   If you are my customer, I need your personal data (invoicing details) to comply with legal obligations for issuing and recording tax documents.

3. Marketing – Sending Newsletters
   I use your personal data (email and name), as well as data on which links you click in emails and when you open them, for direct marketing (e.g., sending business communications). If you are my customer, I do so based on legitimate interest for up to five years after your last purchase.
   If you are not my customer, I send newsletters only with your consent for a period of five years. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.

4. Advanced Marketing with Consent
   With your consent, I may also send inspiring offers from third parties or use your email address for remarketing and targeted advertising on Facebook for up to five years. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the contact information on my website www.stastna-uspesna.sk.

5. Photographic Documentation
   This includes photos from live events organized by my company.

I retain your personal data during statutory limitation periods unless the law requires longer retention or I state otherwise in specific cases.

Cookies

When browsing my website, I record your IP address, the duration of your visit, and the referring page. I consider using cookies for measuring website traffic and customizing website displays to be a legitimate interest as a controller, as I believe it helps me provide better services. Cookies for targeted advertising are processed only with your consent.

I protect personal data using modern technologies that correspond to the current technical development level. I treat personal data as if it were my own. I have implemented and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, damage, or destruction of your personal data.

Your personal data may be accessed by my collaborators.
For specific data processing operations that I cannot manage independently, I use the services and applications of the following processors:

In the future, I may decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve processing. In such cases, I promise to impose the same high standards of security and quality on these processors as I do on myself.

Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Protection

   This is fulfilled by this Privacy Policy.

2. Right to Access
   You can request information about the personal data I process about you within 10 days.

3. Right to Rectification
   If your personal data changes or you find it incomplete, you can request updates.

4. Right to Restriction of Processing
   You can restrict processing if you believe your data is inaccurate or processed unlawfully.

5. Right to Portability
   If you wish to transfer your data to someone else, I will provide it in a machine-readable format within 20 days.

6. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
   You can request the deletion of all your personal data unless retention is required by law. I will notify you upon completion of the deletion.

7. Right to File a Complaint
   If you believe I am handling your data unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. I would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly.

8. Opt-Out of Marketing Emails

Confidentiality

Your personal data is handled confidentially by my collaborators, who are bound by a confidentiality agreement that persists even after the end of their contractual obligations. Without your consent, your personal data will not be shared with any third party.

Az adatokat a 122/2013. számú törvény és annak 84/2014. számú módosítása alapján, valamint a hatályos jogszabályok szerint kezelem. A weboldalt a www.lamos.hu címen üzemeltetem, és adatkezelőként meghatározom, hogyan, miért és meddig kerülnek feldolgozásra személyes adatai. Szükség esetén más adatfeldolgozókat is bevonhatok.

Személyes adatok terjedelme és feldolgozási célok

Az Ön által megadott személyes adatokat az alábbi célokra használom:

1. Szolgáltatások nyújtása és szerződések teljesítése
   Személyes adatait, például e-mail címét, a szerződés teljesítése érdekében használom (hozzáférések küldése, online kurzusok, e-könyvek, termékinformációk).

2. Könyvelés
   Ha ügyfelem, számlázási adatait a törvényi előírások alapján adóügyi dokumentumok kiállítása érdekében használom.

3. Marketing – hírlevelek küldése
   Az Ön személyes adatait (e-mail cím és név), valamint az e-mailek megnyitási szokásait marketingcélokra használom. Ügyfélként jogos érdekem alapján legfeljebb 5 évig tárolom az utolsó vásárlás után.
   Nem ügyfélként csak az Ön hozzájárulásával küldök hírlevelet, legfeljebb 5 évig. A hozzájárulást bármikor visszavonhatja az e-mailek alján található leiratkozási linken keresztül.

4. Haladó marketing hozzájárulással
   Az Ön hozzájárulásával harmadik fél ajánlatait vagy célzott reklámokat küldhetek, például a Facebookon, legfeljebb 5 évig.

5. Fotódokumentáció
   Eseményekről készült fényképek.
