Hi, I’m Martina Lamos.
I began this journey during university with zero experience, no business background, and not even perfect skin. I struggled with acne, but when these products transformed my skin, I found confidence I’d never had before. That was the spark.
What started as a small hobby grew into a full career. Over the past 20 years I’ve helped thousands of women and men discover beauty, confidence, and new opportunities. Many of the women I’ve mentored have grown into some of the best leaders in the country — and nothing makes me more proud.
I’ve always been hungry for growth. My love for learning led me to study personal development and mindset all over the world— from Tony Robbins to Abraham & Esther Hicks, NLP, EFT, emotional mastery, communication skills, and more. I’ve also trained in professional makeup artistry, marketing, and leadership. These experiences, combined with years of hands-on expertise, make up the knowledge I now share with my team.
Along the way I’ve been featured on TV and in magazines, collaborated on makeup projects for Hilton, Harley-Davidson, and Kempinski, and built an international business. But it all started with acne skin and a dream for something more.
